Finally we meet!
Exactly a month ago, after being isolated for years due to the pandemic, our team got to meet in person & spent four fun days together including team conference, sightseeing, and bonding over amaaazing food in Bangkok!
Processes, technology, and tools can always be improved and remote work do have its benefits, but strengthening connection with the team in person is simply one of the best.
Back where it all started. The SiGMA Group hosted another successful iGaming event in Malta attended by industry leaders, senior executives, famous personalities and thousand of attendees from different parts of the world. Our team had an exceptional week learning from the workshops, making new connections and reconnecting with our current candidates and clients.
Check out some of the event highlights.

It's great to see Manila coming back to being one of the iGaming hotspots in Asia.
It is with great pleasure to inform you that Ellen Frojd will succeed me as CEO of SmartRecruitment.com (SmartConsulting Inc). Ellen has been with the company since it started in 2018 and has held the roles of Recruitment Consultant and Head of Asia. During these years Ellen has shown super star quality and results which makes this a natural next step for her.
For myself, to hand over the CEO role to Ellen is my proudest work/career achievement ever - to be able to see the progress from the day I hired Ellen as my Assistant in Stockholm, to the day we moved to Manila and co-started SmartRecruitment.com, to the position we have today doing business in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Go Ellen and well deserved. Cheers!
Founder (and Former CEO)

It is always great to reconnect with old friends and meet new connections. If you're interested in attending one soon, keep an eye on SiGMA's Webpage for information on upcoming iGatherings and Gaming Festivals.
One of our recruiters responds to a question about how writing your resume in a specific way will help your application rise to the top of the stack on LinkedIn or any other ATS.
Q: How can I improve my CV or LinkedIn profile based on how a recruiter look for candidates?
A: Use (the right) Keywords in your resume and profile.
These are words or phrases that are particular in your line of work or role. It can be programming skills (Phyton, JAVA, etc.), language/s (Mandarin, Korean, French, etc.), market experience (ASIA, SEA, EU, etc.), action words (business growth, strategy work, budgeting, team management etc.).
Keywords play a huge role in search work from a recruiter’s perspective – and a great profile can easily be missed. It may improve your chances of being selected for an interview because your CV is clear and concise, and it may also appear at the top of an online search (LinkedIn, Google etc.) by recruiters. To know what keywords to use, you could for example look at JDs for roles you are interested in.
Another thing to always have in your CV would be a short introduction of yourself, summarizing your professional experience and what value you believe you will bring to the table.
Finally, if you can pick out and bullet some of your main career achievements, that is a great way for you to “brag” about yourself and in a clear way show your main accomplishments.
In terms of how the Blockchain is integrated into the wider framework, this technological foundation will allow users to transparently access the betting process as all bets and earnings would be recorded on a digital ledger that is publicly available for viewing. This clarity would let users enjoy the peace of mind that would come with avoiding the potential corruption that comes part and parcel with dubious intermediaries. Bet payments are based on smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain and utilize Solidity’s APK.
