Sharing some snapshots from our recent visit with the families in the suburbs of São Paulo, Brazil. Next quarter, we will support a medical organization in India that provides healthcare to tribal communities through remote medical camps, including eye camps and more.  As the demand for our business in LatAm continues to grow, we are excited to introduce our newest team member. We have lately closed several new clients who will be using our services to find the right team members for their LatAm expansion. About two weeks ago, we had a great evening celebrating and supporting the fabulous ladies in the iGaming industry! It was an absolute blast! Asia's land-based and online gambling industry leaders gathered on March 21 - 23, 2023 at the Mariott Hotel Manila for the Asean Gaming Summit. Our very own CEO, Ellen Frojd, graced the stage as one of the panelists to discuss Re-setting up operations and how best to hire industry professionals. She detailed the value of employer branding, flexibility on remote work and working hours, including the growing market in Asia based on the clients' recruitment demands. With notable individuals present, it was an event that was both exciting and informative. Topics covered throughout the conference included licensing and regulatory challenges, the use of AI, labor concerns, upcoming markets, and more. The event also included an exhibition hall where the most recent developments in and from gaming companies were displayed. Attendees also had the chance to network, look into new business opportunities, and attend the awards ceremony to recognize outstanding achievements in the industry. With so much packed into just three days, the event was a proof to the vibrancy, growth and potential of the gaming industry in Asia. Exactly a month ago, after being isolated for years due to the pandemic, our team got to meet in person & spent four fun days together including team conference, sightseeing, and bonding over amaaazing food in Bangkok! Processes, technology, and tools can always be improved and remote work do have its benefits, but strengthening connection with the team in person is simply one of the best. Back where it all started. The SiGMA Group hosted another successful iGaming event in Malta attended by industry leaders, senior executives, famous personalities and thousand of attendees from different parts of the world.
