1. Get a unique link to share with your network by entering your name and email address in the referral form. Mobile number is not required. 2. You will be notified via email if your referral signs up using your unique link, is hired, and successfully completes the three-month probationary period. 3. The Referral Program page also allows you to monitor your unique link / referral conversions. 4. SmartRecruitment.com will send you an email requesting your bank account information for the Referral Fee payout once your referral has successfully completed the 3 month probationary period.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The referral must be a new candidate to our database or an old candidate that SmartRecruitment.com have not endorsed to any of their clients for the past 6 months. 2. Referral fee is paid if the referred candidate is hired by a client of SmartRecruitment.com and passed the SmartRecruitment.com’s 3 months guarantee period. If employment is terminated before this, the referrer shall not be paid the referral fee as SmartRecruitment.com need to re-do the work of finding a replacement. 3. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make. 4. Referee owns referred candidates for six months after the date of referral. 5. If the referred candidate has already been referred to SmartRecruitment.com by another individual, then the reward is payable to the first person who referred the candidate. 6. Referrals must be made to SmartRecruitment.com via the official Referral page found on our website. 7. Referral payment will be made within 30 days after the referral passed the 3rd probationary period. Any referral rewards not collected within 3 months shall be deemed null and void. 8. Any potential taxes, which would depend on where you reside, are your or referrer's responsibility. 9. By participating in our referral program, you accept our terms and conditions and give us permission to store your email address, mobile number, and other information in our database.
