As an experienced HR generalist with a degree in Behavioural Sciences and more than 10 years of experience in the recruitment and iGaming recruitment fields, I have noticed that more and more candidates are failing to achieve their dream job and not necessarily because of lack of experience, knowledge, skills or due to an unlucky bad interview.
The world of iGaming careers isn’t just about ticking boxes on an application form: it’s about standing out in a fast-changing field characterized by intense competition for jobs. Below are ten tips that would provide a perfect recruitment guide for anyone looking to land the ultimate iGaming role:

1. Stay Ahead of the Curve:
The iGaming industry moves fast, oh it does! Take part in recruitment events, workshops, and online courses relevant to the most recent trends and tech if you want to make an impression on recruiters that are always looking for top talents within this industry.  Show them you're not just keeping up; you're a leader in the field.
2. Build Your Online Network:
The importance of your online presence in iGaming recruitment cannot be overemphasized.
